We have received the Petrographic stone report from Barry Hunt. The report covers five different samples of stone from our Clipsham quarry extension site near Stamford.
The report shows that we have Clipsham block falling within the technical parameters and physical make up expected of this excellent Clipsham stone. Two of the samples could be described as average Clipsham stone and two samples premium quality Clipsham stone.
Calculations reveal that we have 950,000 tons of this highly respected masonry block in addition to white and yellow varieties which lie immediately below it. The block heights range from 40 cm up to 1.1 meter.
